FAST Track: our specialized ADHD Program

Feelings School is offering a specialized track for children and families affected by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. 

FAST Track is a comprehensive, family-based ADHD program designed by Feelings School Co-Founders, Rachel Schiller and Lissa Kenney. We have adapted our successful short-term treatment model to specifically address the needs of kids with ADHD and their families. 

We know that ADHD affects the whole family, so our approach supports both children and parents, together.

Program Includes:

  • Intake Assessment - An in-depth assessment in which we gather information about your current problem and your child’s history to individualize your treatment.

  • Parent Education – Understand ADHD, how it impacts your child and family and what strategies work.

  • 8-12 Individual Child Therapy Sessions – Your child will learn about ADHD and will learn skills of emotional identification, affect regulation, cognitive coping to help them thrive.  

  • 4 Parental Guidance Sessions – Strategies to help you support your child and guidance around next steps (medication management, neuropsychological assessments, IEPs, advocating at school).

  • Teacher Collaboration - Your therapist will connect with your child’s school and/or teacher to coordinate care. 

  • Feelings School Child Toolbox - Engaging take-home materials for your child to use throughout treatment.

  • Weekly Parent Support Group – Share and learn with understanding peers and professionals.

  • Feelings School Take Aways - An individually tailored summary of clinicla observations and recommendations for next steps.
