Dana O'Brien is a licensed clinician in private practice and a school consultant in Westchester County, specializing in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). With over 15 years of experience, she provides individual, group, and family therapy using a compassionate, strength-based approach.
She supports clients of all ages facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, or those simply feeling stuck. Dana primarily integrates Family Systems, DBT, and CBT to help individuals discover motivation, find clarity, and create lasting change. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Hunter College, specializing in Children, Youth and Families and a BA in Psychology from Vassar College.
