Sarah is deeply passionate about working with adults, children and families. With kindness, curiosity, and creativity, Sarah seeks to support adults and children as they develop a deeper understanding of their experiences, explore emotional reactions, learn effective coping skills, and build resiliency and connection in relationships. Sarah is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is healing, skill-building, and collaborative.

During her graduate studies, Sarah completed a yearlong training through the Child Trauma Program at Silberman School of Social Work in partnership with the National Childhood Traumatic Stress Network, and specialized in Child Parent Psychotherapy, an evidenced-based intervention model for children ages 0-5, and their parents.
